Kai Communications Secure Multiple Top Tier Media Placements for Serenity in Leadership
Kai Communications has generated over 45 articles, reaching over a million readers, across the business, PA, HR, financial, training, recruitment and consumer press, as well as a BBC radio interview, in just four months.
Our campaign aimed to help Thom Dennis and Serenity in Leadership to powerfully connect the brand and its core values with their target audience and to generate interest in their skills as premier facilitators, change agents, executive coaches and professional speakers, through a variety of multi-media. In addition, we wanted to drive further online traffic to the website, help create platforms to enable further potential partnerships and alliances and support existing and up and coming marketing activities.
To meet these objectives and to elevate the USP’s, messages and core values of the business to the target markets, Kai Communications developed a long-term strategy with a particular focus on diversity, inclusion and equality in the workplace.
Working in collaboration with Serenity in Leadership, we created strategy and powerful content for press information, the website, sales collateral, podcast and corporate development, whilst always supporting the company’s central values.
Hazel Scott, Director of Kai Communications says:
“It has been fantastic working with Thom Dennis and the team at Serenity in Leadership. We have particularly enjoyed working on such an interesting and current range of campaign subjects for Serenity In Leadership from the importance of diversity, what women want in the workplace in 2021, how we have always worn masks at work, COVID 2021 recovery tips and how bullying is still systemic despite working from home.”
Thom Dennis, CEO of Serenity in Leadership says:
“Hazel successfully uses her knowledge, strategy-based systems, network and contacts to meet our objectives and position us where we need to be. This perhaps is one of her secrets - a structured and consistent approach that produces results. I really appreciate her professionalism, warmth and sage advice.”
