Kai Communications Secures 90 Pieces of Coverage for Culture Integration Specialists

Over the past eight months Kai Communications has enjoyed developing a strong PR campaign for premier conflict resolution, culture integration and change specialists, Serenity in Leadership. Kai Communications has already generated over 90 pieces of coverage, across the HR, business, PA and diversity press in particular, as well as radio coverage.

Kai Communications is now additionally supporting Serenity in Leadership to develop a strong marketing strategy to bring the whole campaign together and to create meaningful content to deliver their messages, vision and values.

Director of Kai Communications, Hazel Scott says: “Our partnership with Serenity in Leadership to date has aimed to publicise and create awareness of Thom Dennis and his team as premier facilitators, change agents, executive coaches and professional speakers through a variety of multi-media. We have helped strategically elevate their specialism in helping businesses overcome challenges, whilst putting their people at the heart of the business and actively embedding diversity and inclusion at every level.”

“As part of our PR campaign, we are focusing on producing thoughtful, provoking and insightful PR campaigns for Serenity in Leadership. Some of our most successful campaigns include: ‘What women want at work’, ‘Why we have always worn a mask at work (and why covid-19 has further shaped them)’, ‘Why fear stops inclusion and 14 ways to break the cycle’ and ‘The top ten attributes every great business leader needs in 2021’.  For the next couple of months, we will also be driving the marketing strategy and creating content for new marketing collateral.”
